SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At XTRAPIECE.com orders placed by 12 p.m. Pacific Time are usually processed the same business day. Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from warehouses around the country. For special or custom order, longer lead-time required for manufacturing.
SHIPPING COST
At XTRAPIECE.com, most of the items are Free Shipping to residential or commercial addresses in US continental, which mean no worries about extra cost or hidden fee.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page. They can also be identified in your shopping cart. XTRAPIECE.com will select shipping method. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by XTRAPIECE.com or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Free Shipping NOT available on Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and others US territories orders, including International when international shipping become available. XTRAPIECE.com reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offers at any time.
APO/FPO
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer APO/FPO shipping at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.
BACKORDERS/OUT OF STOCK
While we do our best to ensure 100% fulfillment rate on all of our orders, one rare occasion we may experience out of stock items. If an item you have ordered is on backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are sent back to us. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit.

Xtrapiece accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit and debit cards for orders. At checkout, provide your exact billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. As part of our credit card policy, XTRAPIECE.com never bills for credit card service fees. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at XTRAPIECE.com. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
Paypal
PayPal allows any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal is an efficient way to send a payment for items purchased on the internet. PayPal is far less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing paper checks. SALES TAX
Orders shipped to customers outside of California are sales tax-free. California orders pay the standard state sales tax rate, which is automatically computed at checkout. The tax amount will be reflected on your order before it is placed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer NO RESTOCKING FEE! We are happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused/re-sellable condition and that have not been assembled, installed or modified within 90 days of delivery.
*Please Note: Merchandise that has been installed, modified, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged is no longer in "new" or in resellable condition and should not be returned unless it has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts, manual and paperwork. Should you have a warranty issue, please email us at

and we will contact you and facilitate a warranty-service request for you with the manufacturer. We may request photos of the items that are broken, defect, or just not right to assist with the return process.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Items Marked "Non-Returnable" or “Open Box” (clearly indicated on the product page and/or shopping cart before placing your order)
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or order a wrong item, we will be happy to exchange products in new/unused condition within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). Simply follow the standard
Easy Return Procedure.
WARRANTY ISSUE / SHIPPING DAMAGE
Should you have a warranty issue (defective, poor fitment) or shipping damage, please follow the
Easy Return Procedure.
We will provide return shipping label or contact you and facilitate a warranty-service request for you with the manufacturer. Photo of items with warranty will help assist with return process.
RESTOCKING FEE
XTRAPIECE.com does not charge restocking fee on any return that are new/unused/re-sellable condition and that have not been assembled, installed or modified.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Unless the return due to manufacturer defect or XTRAPIECE.com error, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. For your convenience, XTRAPIECE.com offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
EASY RETURN PROCEDURE
XTRAPIECE.com EASY RETURNS PROCESS
1. SUBMIT A REQUEST -
Fill out the MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) request by clicking this link here,
MRA # FORM.
Once submitted a request you will receive an email confirmation with the MRA number and how to send the product back to us.
2. SHIP IT BACK -
Clearly write and/or affix the MRA number on the package and return to the address specified in the email. For return due to manufacturer defect or XTRAPIECE.com error, XTRAPIECE.com will provide prepaid shipping label, please print and attach the provided shipping label with MRA number to the outside of the box.
3. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT -
Once the merchandise is received you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.

right away. We will do our best to cancel the order if it has not been shipped. Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified because this process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. We recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.
