RETURNS/EXCHANGES
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer NO RESTOCKING FEE! We are happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused/re-sellable condition and that have not been assembled, installed or modified within 90 days of delivery.
*Please Note: Merchandise that has been installed, modified, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged is no longer in "new" or in resellable condition and should not be returned unless it has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts, manual and paperwork. Should you have a warranty issue, please email us at

and we will contact you and facilitate a warranty-service request for you with the manufacturer. We may request photos of the items that are broken, defect, or just not right to assist with the return process.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Items Marked "Non-Returnable" or “Open Box” (clearly indicated on the product page and/or shopping cart before placing your order)
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or order a wrong item, we will be happy to exchange products in new/unused condition within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). Simply follow the standard
Easy Return Procedure.
WARRANTY ISSUE / SHIPPING DAMAGE
Should you have a warranty issue (defective, poor fitment) or shipping damage, please follow the
Easy Return Procedure.
We will provide return shipping label or contact you and facilitate a warranty-service request for you with the manufacturer. Photo of items with warranty will help assist with return process.
RESTOCKING FEE
XTRAPIECE.com does not charge restocking fee on any return that are new/unused/re-sellable condition and that have not been assembled, installed or modified.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Unless the return due to manufacturer defect or XTRAPIECE.com error, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. For your convenience, XTRAPIECE.com offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
EASY RETURN PROCEDURE
XTRAPIECE.com EASY RETURNS PROCESS
1. SUBMIT A REQUEST -
Fill out the MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) request by clicking this link here,
MRA # FORM.
Once submitted a request you will receive an email confirmation with the MRA number and how to send the product back to us.
2. SHIP IT BACK -
Clearly write and/or affix the MRA number on the package and return to the address specified in the email. For return due to manufacturer defect or XTRAPIECE.com error, XTRAPIECE.com will provide prepaid shipping label, please print and attach the provided shipping label with MRA number to the outside of the box.
3. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT -
Once the merchandise is received you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.
